Event description
Putting Young People' s Lived Experience front and centre in discussions around mental health reform.

About this Event

The “Listen Up, Listen Louder” Youth Conference is a unique consumer run event that will provide an avenue for people with a lived experience to be positioned front and centre in the discussion about mental health reform, human rights activism and social change against the backdrop of Victoria’s Commission into Mental Health.

“Listen Up, Listen Louder” Youth Conference will bring together practice leaders, activists, academics, change agents and emerging new voices from across Australia and internationally.

The conference will take place across multiple spaces at Storey Hall, RMIT, located in the heart of Melbourne. Bound to attract a capacity audience, the inaugural youth consumer conference is an event not to be missed.

*Please note: This is for ticket sales only. Some bursaries are available to cover conference costs if financial assistance is needed. Please contact VMIAC on 9380 3900 and ask to talk to Cherie.
