This Mother’s Day, our Chefs have dug deep into their hearts and memories to prepare specially crafted menus inspired by their favourite chef – their Mum. Celebrate the special day over meals prepared with love and delve into the great traditions of food and family.

Roasted Quail with ancient grains, autumn vegetables and with a creamy forestiere sauce
Crispy-Skin Barramundi with cauliflower puree, snow peas, pickled shaved cauliflower and a lime and coconut sauce (GF)
Ratatouille Lasagne with truffle mascarpone cream (v)
