In our return, we’re committed to your safety, and implemented a COVID-Safe plan and a range of precautions and procedures to ensure we do our best to keep everyone safe. This plan also includes the requirement for everyone to register their attendance.

Please be sure to register every person, including babies and children attending services or a Kidstyle program. This is to ensure we stay within these safety numbers.

Everything we've done is with your safety in mind and to adhere to the safe regulations the government has set out.

HEALTH & SAFETY:

Lifestyle Church will do everything required by the QLD State Government to safely operate a church gathering at this time. You acknowledge that all reasonable precautions will be taken by the organisation, and should be practiced by attendees. You agree to only attend this gathering if you and your household are of good health, for your own safety, and that of other attendees. You also agree for your details to be kept for 56 days in line with the current industry COVID Safe Plan. 

VENUE ENTRY CONDITIONS:

Due to COVID-19 additional venue restrictions will apply:

+Please keep 1.5m between yourself and others.

+Wash hands and sanitise regularly.

+Stay home if you're feeling unwell.

+Cough or sneeze in to your elbow.

+Follow directions of Lifestyle Church staff and volunteers.

Should you fall unwell before the event, please ensure to email our team at - admin@lifestylechurch.com.au to advise and cancel your seat.
