Come and join other likeminded women for a beautiful morning of connection, growth and fun! This unique event will pack in so much value and includes special activities to empower and ignite the feminine light within!
Experience the magic of Breathwork, Meditation, Movement and Mindset.
Come with an open mind and an open heart. Ladies of the Light help to guide and support each other to ignite their inner lights.
Located at the Miami Beach Surf Life Saving Club, upstairs function room (Parking available on the surrounding streets)
We will start at 10am SHARP and please bring a Yoga Mat, Water Bottle, journal & pen. Wear anything you feel amazing in that is also suitable for some movement.
