Would you like to help to develop your child’s language and literacy skills?
Then join us for this special online Speechie talk from Speech Pathology Australia to discover more about the foundations on which literacy skills develop and how to help support a healthy transition into literacy.
Meet local speech pathologist, Laura Williams, who will explain how parents and carers can help build their children's language and literacy skills. You’ll learn about how to choose and select the best books and how to engage young readers, and listen to a reading of one of the Speech Pathology Australia Book of the Year award winning books.
This session will focus on language development of children aged 0-3 years and will be followed by a Q&A. You can submit a question as part of your registration to be passed on before the event.
