Pack a picnic rug and come and enjoy Library in the Park at Tusmore Park Friday 5 March 2021, 10 am to 12 noon, this year with a farmyard theme.  This popular event attracts 500-1000 babies, toddlers, pre-schoolers and their caregivers each year.

Sit on your picnic rug and listen to author Mike Dumbleton reading Muddled-Up Farm and jump and shout and move your body with his action books Once upon my Legs and Jump and Shout. Enjoy musical entertainment with The Funny Farmers.

Purchase Mike's books from Shakespeare's Books and have them signed by the author.

Meet and greet farm animals from Farm Barn at Hahndorf.

Enjoy face painting and make a nature craft to take home.

Sausage sizzle provided by Burnside Rotary, coffee and ice-cream cart by CuppaGinos.

Children must be supervised at all times. Please note that parking is limited at Tusmore Park.

If the forecast is over 35 degrees for Library in the Park this event may be cancelled or postponed - in registering for the event you will be notified of any changes.

Please cancel your place if you are unable to attend.

Please note this is a COVID-safe event and we will have COVID-Marshalls in attendance. In attending you agree to abide by the COVID-safe provisions including hand sanitising, contact tracing either manual or QR-Code check-ins and physical distancing by 1.5 metres from other attendees. If you are unwell on the day please DO NOT attend Library in the Park. In the event of any COVID-restrictions or lockdowns we will notify those who have registered about any changes to the event.
