About Damien Roache

As Co-Founder and CEO of Zimpla, Damien has overall responsibility for the strategy, growth, new business development, strategic partnerships and product development.

Prior to founding Zimpla, Damien worked in management consulting for many ASX listed companies including Lend Lease, CBA, KPMG and Government organisations APRA and Transport NSW, delivering strategic complex programs of work, both in Australia and overseas, leading large high-performance teams that drive sustainable high growth and delivering real customer value.

During Damien’s 20 years of experience, his focus and passion has been on technology, businesses intelligence, data science, analytics, data automation, big data and improving businesses using technology and data driven decision business models. 

About Neil Kinnaird

Neil is an Executive Director of Zimpla, having joined the team in February 2017 heading up the early customer beta testing and trials, before joining the board in February 2018. As Head of Growth & Commercialisation, Neil is responsible for brand, marketing, and commercial execution, driving growth in revenue by working with customers on unlocking significant sourcing and recruitment efficiencies through the platform.

Neil is an experienced Technology and Digital Leader and Executive, responsible for the delivery of programs, strategy, solutions and services across a number of industries over the past 20 years. His roles are focused on the ability to engage with business stakeholders and build sustainable relationships at all levels to ensure programs and services delivered enable and support business goals and improve overall customer experience.

Previous roles in consulting and sales have provided a strong foundation and understanding of what is important to businesses to succeed. Additionally, Neil has held positions with direct accountability for definition and delivery of strategic plans and programs assisting organisations realise their goals.

Neil has worked at ASX 50 organisations leading global programs delivering new capability across finance, business intelligence and analytics, HR and talent and treasury. He has also worked with technology start-ups being responsible for product development, market development, sales and expansion into new regions including USA and Asia.
