Singer/songwriter and healer Citadel has been holding space for breathwork, sound healing and moon circles for the past three years in Sydney, Byron Bay and around the world. She is passionate about creating spaces for you to return to the depth of your heart and wisdom of your soul.

Breathwork is a powerful healing modality where you receive exactly what you need in the moment. Through the breath we can release stuck and blocked energy and emotion in the body, receive downloads, wisdom and clarity, connect with loved ones that have passed, experience deep cellular healing and mystical experiences and much more.

Citadel connects and channels healing sound through her voice and also supports the group by giving Reiki and intuitive energy healing.

You must bring a yoga mat. Blanket, cushion and eye pillow are optional.
