Description

When bogged down with chronic stress, our bodies become unbalanced, joyless and tired. Our gut and general health become compromised. We make unhealthy choices that make us feel worse. We get sick, gain weight, feel helpless and our inner-critic is in overdrive. Everything feels too hard.

Allison and Jane totally understand what you are going through, they've been there themselves, which is why they are offering you this workshop to help you get your Joy back.

During this life-empowering workshop, you will cultivate Self-Awareness to understand how stress is experienced in your body and create new nourishing strategies that will help you cope with stress in a healthy manner.

Over 3 hours you will be taken on a journey that will leave you feeling empowered to create positive change from the inside out. You will be given guidance in nutrition, Self-Love practices, Meditation, and other Natural Therapies that can help your Body release old stress and come back into balance. You will walk away with new strategies that you can easily integrate into your daily life.

Places are limited to only 10 participants per workshop.
