Let’s Talk about Perimenopause & Menopause
A calm, supportive online workshop for navigating “cougar puberty.”
This two-hour workshop is designed to help you move from hormones to happiness, with practical strategies to support both the physical and emotional shifts of perimenopause (and menopause too).
There’s no expectation to share—you’re welcome to keep your camera off, take things at your own pace, and simply reflect quietly as you go. You’ll receive clear, accessible resources to revisit after the session.
Part 1: physical focus (hour 1)
Understand and respond to the physical changes of perimenopause with greater ease.
Part 2: mental health focus (final hour after a short break)
Explore calming techniques to support your emotional and mental wellbeing—positive visualisation, stress reduction, and guided relaxation.
New to hypnotherapy? No worries.
Hypnosis will be just a small part of our time together, woven gently into the session to support relaxation and reduce stress.
Think of it like guided daydreaming—calm, pleasant, and completely in your control. You can simply listen in if you prefer not to actively participate.
Most of the workshop will focus on practical, down-to-earth strategies for navigating what’s affectionately being called “cougar puberty.”
By the end, you’ll leave feeling informed, supported, and equipped with proven tools to help you navigate this stage with confidence.

Physical focus - 1 hour
This workshop starts by looking at the physical effects of perimenopause and I'll introduce you to some simple exercises and finish with a guided hypnosis session. If you're only interested in this part of the workshop, you can purchase the "physical session" ticket
Break - 30min
Emotional focus - 1 hour
After a quick break, we'll shift focus to the emotional changes caused by hormonal changes. If you're only interested in this part, you can buy the "emotional session" ticket
