Let’s Talk about Neuroscience

Over the last 10 years, neuroscience has moved from the world of health and medical research into mainstream thinking in many aspects of human endeavour. There are now organisations branding themselves as experts in Neuroleadership, Neuromarketing, Neuroergonomics, Neuroeducation, and more. What’s behind the buzz? Is neuroscience a passing fad or a fundamental part of the future for coaching?

Come along and explore some of these questions:

  • What is the relevance of neuroscience for coaches?
  • What’s the value of neuroscience in coaching – for the coach and the coaching client?
  • What are some practical tools from neuroscience we can use to enhance coaching?

This session will be led by Jennie Hill, PCC. A Melbourne-based Executive Coach; Jennie’s exposure to neuroscience began 10 years ago when she trained in a brain-based coaching methodology. That introduction to neuroscience and coaching created a passion that underpins her activities - speaking, training and coaching leaders.
