This seminar will review the establishment, workings, impact and lessons learnt from the financial services Royal Commission. It will include an expert panel on the recommendations of the Commission and changes to law and enforcement that are likely to follow. The discussion will provide commentary on issues, including: changes to banks’ lending practices, how super funds are run and the way in which providers of life insurance market their products and handle claims.
