About the Speakers:

Rachel Debeck

Rachel is the Head of People & Commercial Affairs at BCG Digital Ventures and will soon be joining the team at Lorica Health. She has more than 15 years’ experience in legal, operations and people leadership roles across a range of industries. As a member of the leadership team at BCG Digital Ventures, Rachel has been busy building the Digital Ventures business as well as building and launching start-ups for large corporates.

Judith Miller

Judith Miller is a Principal at Wrays and is the firm’s Commercial National Practice Leader. She has more than 25 years’ experience in the law, and advises clients on the full range of commercial transactions and issues, as well as managing and commercialising their IP. Judith regularly advises clients on joint ventures, strategic alliances, collaboration and partnering arrangements, commercialisation agreements, supply chain and logistics agreements, and acquisition and supply terms. Judith has also worked on a broad range of technology and sourcing matters, including procurement, development agreements, hosting and outsourcing arrangements, software maintenance and hardware supply and support agreements
