We are delighted to welcome Kirby Grattan, Director- Organisation Capability at Optus as keynote speaker at the next LHH Thought Leadership event.  Kirby will showcase Optus’ transformation strategy at three levels – organisational, HR and learning.  

Kirby will share her insights on:

  • The objectives of Optus’ organisation-wide transformation and the key levers that underpin change (agile methodologies, digitalising customer and employee experience)
  • How Optus is digitalising HR and the employee experience through RPA activities, predictive tools, gig economy strategies and self-service
  • A vision for the future where learning is digitised, business-owned, anywhere and anytime.

Kirby Grattan, Director- Organisation Capability, Optus

Kirby Grattan is results orientated business leader with over 25 years’ experience in human resources across Asia Pacific and EMEA regions. Currently, Kirby leads Organisation Capability (OC)  at Optus with a team of over 35 OD and learning specialists covering an employee base of over 9500 people. The OC team delivers capability development and digital learning solution to build current and future capability requirements as well as driving Talent Management, Engagement, Leadership Development, Early Career Talent and D&I initiatives across the business.

Kirby’s business experience spans Financial Services, Infrastructure Services, IT & Telco, Energy Management, FMCG and Retail with HR Leadership roles in Schneider-Electric, Cisco Systems, CBA and Westpac, Leightons Contractors (now Ventia), Rothmans and Pepsi-Co. Outside of work, Kirby is an active Rotarian, an avid traveller and weekend die hard golfer.
