Take back the power of your mind through the practice of meditation.
In this 90 minute workshop, we will dive into the basics of meditation, history and how you can create a daily practice for yourself.
We will also explore how our thoughts work and why we have the thought patterns we do. As well as exposing the ways to break your own mental patterns.
