Come and learn about Vedic Meditation: What is it? Why should you learn? Why is it different to other techniques? And how can you learn?

About this Event

Vedic Meditation is a form of mantra based meditation, practiced twice a day for 20 minutes. A modern interpretation of ancient practices, it is designed for our busy, everyday lives and helps reduce stress, tension and fatigue; improve clarity and creativity; improve general wellbeing and much more.

Please note: You will not learn how to practice the technique in this talk, but how you can learn at a later date.

This talk gives a deeper introduction to the technique and how you can learn it. You will learn:

  • more about the technique itself
  • the potential benefits
  • how it differs from other techniques like mindfulness
  • some relevant science/research
  • costs and structure of a Vedic Meditation course.

You will also get a chance to meet your teacher, Kate McCready and ask any questions you might have. Join us in person or online via Zoom.
