Learn to Meditate
In this half-day workshop, you will learn simple and effective techniques for bringing calm and balance to your everyday life.
The workshop covers a range of meditation styles, allowing you to find the techniques that best serve you. Along with guided meditation, this workshop includes gentle and restorative Qi Gong exercise, calm breathing, exploration of the principles and philosophy of meditation, as well as opportunities for reflection and discussion around tea break.
Afternoon tea provided.
Suitable for all levels.
