Want to learn how to grow your own food, start a business of a career in the food production industry? This is the course for you.
The course runs two days per week (9:00 - 3:30) until the end of November 2016 excluding school holidays. There is class room theory, hands on practicals and work placement with food producing experts.
The course is being run at TasTAFE Clarence campus and in Huon Valley. Concession (around $300) and full fee rates (around $800).
