Lean Leadership with Professor Peter Hines

This is a small group workshop for senior leaders hosted by the Australian Red Cross Blood Service and presented by Professor Peter Hines. Peter is a pioneer of Lean Business System thinking involving a sustainable whole business approach to improvement. He will show you how to take Lean/CI beyond tools and techniques, and get managers at all levels to take ownership of continuous improvement activities.
You also will tour the host facility with Peter and see some great examples of successful improvement activity in action and take away a copy of Peter's award winning case study book Staying Lean.
