Description

Small to medium not-for-profits are being told that they will not survive the multitude of changes occuring in the human services sector right now.Are you one of them?

Are you a leader or manager in your small to medium not-for-profit organisation?
Are you feeling completely overwhelmed by the volume of change going on in the sector?
Are you trying your hardest to be across all aspects of your organisation – from financial, operating, human resources, legislation and much more.
Are you trying to keep your Board, staff, clients, and every other stakeholder informed of the changes, what it means and what needs to be done.
Are you trying to set a stable direction for your organisation, figuring out where to go with all this change and what to focus your resources on.
Are you torn between focusing on finances, forecasting, program delivery, systems, Technology, marketing, governance, or partnerships.
Do You wonder if you should do more fundraising, more marketing? Should you merge? Should you change your organizational structure? Should you still be in operation? Should you keep doing what you are doing or find something new to do?

What you really want is to:

  • Be clear on future direction
  • Have a plan of action
  • Focus resources, time and energy on those things that really matter
  • Make impactful decision and actions
  • Feel calm about moving through the change
  • Have certainty and control over your organisations future
  • Take advantage of opportunities and avoid the pitfalls

  • Understand the sector trends and know what’s right for your organisation
  • Listen, learn and feel connected to others who are going through the same thing
  • Lead your organisation on their unique path to make a difference to your community
