Here are the confirmed speakers for 2019. 

Rich Mironov | Author, Speaker, Product Guru!

Rich Mironov is a 35-year veteran of Silicon Valley tech companies. He coaches product executives and parachutes into companies as the interim VP of Product Management. Earlier, he was the 'product guy' at six tech start-ups. Rich's long-running blog covers software, start-ups, product strategies, and the inner life of product managers. He is the author of The Art of Product Management (2008) and organised the first Product Camps.

John Zeratsky | Author and Creator

John Zeratsky is the bestselling author of Sprint: How to Solve Big Problems and Test New Ideas in Just Five Days and Make Time: How to Focus on What Matters Every Day. For nearly 15 years, John was a designer for technology companies. At Google Ventures, he helped develop the design sprint process and worked with close to 200 startups, including Uber, Slack, 23andMe, Flatiron Health, One Medical Group, and Nest.

Bruce McCarthy | Author, Speaker, Founder at Product Culture

Bruce McCarthy is a serial entrepreneur, author, organizer, and speaker at product, UX, and innovation events around the world. He helps growing organizations achieve their product visions through workshops, mentoring, and team coaching. Bruce's co-wrote Product Roadmapping Relaunched: How to Set Direction While Embracing Uncertainty and opines regularly about Product Culture.

Natalie Field | Chief Digital Officer at Belong

Natalie Field is a change agent, leader and developer of high-performance teams and individuals. With a passion for learning, a fierce determination to succeed and an obsession in value-driven delivery, Natalie has worked in multiple industries and countries. She is now directing her energy to create sustainable change across Belong to realise lean, iterative, adaptive ways of working while using technology to increase the impact of existing business models and unlock new frontiers in the telco industry. 

Sally Foote | Product Director | Photobox Group

Sally Foote is a deeply commerical Product Director with over 20 years of tech and digital experience. She is currently leading product innovation at Photobox Group where she is responsible for new revenue lines and leads an end-to-end team who develop and launch new products.

Sally is passionate about supporting women in the digital sector and is an associate of 10 Digital Ladies, a 2000+ community of senior women working in tech in London. They hold monthly networking events and an annual awards that recongises inspring female talent.

Petra Gross | Chief Product Officer at MedicalDirector

Petra Gross joined MedicalDirector in April 2018 where she leads a team of over 100 people across product, technology and design to deliver on the company's mission of together makign people healthier around the world. With 70 million moments of care transacting through the MedicalDirector software each year the team's focus is on enabling ideal healthcare. 

Petra has extensive experience in driving transformational change within organisations to drive efficiencies and engagement with customers. She is passionate about delivery products that delight customers and enable their ideal. 

Anthony Murphy | Product Coach and Consultant

Anthony Murphy is a Product Coach but simply refers to himself as a "product person". He hails from humble beginnings as an engineer before taking a complete left-turn and enlisting to become a leader in the Australian Army. After extensive leadership training at the Royal Military College Duntroon, he decided to transfer to the Army Reserves and returned to corporate life. Since then he has done everything from early-stage product discovery to pivoting products and even sunsetting them. 

As a consultant, Anthony has a track record for scaling product teams and blending agile, lean and design thinking together, into what he calls "full stack product" and, more broadly, product mindset. He helps teams, leaders and Product Managers succeed in product and is often called in at the Chief Product Officer/Head of Product level to help organisations to scale and increase their product maturity. He has a passion for teaching, helping others and building product which have a meaningful impact in the world.
