Leading the NDIS Transformation - Transformational Leadership Workshop Shepparton

Be the catalyst for transformation and lead the change within your organisation.

In partnership with an award-winning management consultant Bendelta, NDS is excited to deliver a leadership program in 2019. This program focuses on three critical elements for transforming your organisation, leading to the creation of an even stronger and more diverse sector that enables greater choice and control for people with disability under the NDIS.

Targeted at senior leaders and decision makers (CEOs, board members and executive leaders), this program comprises three separate workshops:

Workshop 1 - Transformational Leadership (2 May 2019)

Workshop 2 - Employee Experience (9 May 2019)

Workshop 3 - Leading Change (16 May 2019)

You may choose to enrol in one or more workshops depending on what is more relevant for yourself and your organisational context. Please note that if you are keen to join us for all three workshops, you can select NDS/Non-member 3-day package instead of paying for each event individually.

Individual Workshop Information

Transformational Leadership

The focus of this workshop in accompanying leadership diagnostic is on the leader’s role for self-development and self-management to enable you to successfully navigate your teams and organisations through transformational change. This workshop provides an opportunity to participate in a Leadership Circle 360 Degree Assessment which provides focused leadership competency feedback to enable you to increase your personal leadership effectiveness.

You will have the following questions answered:

• What do I want to be known for as a leader?
• What type of leadership is called for during transformational change?
• What are my key strengths and areas for development?
• How do I create new habits and behaviours to improve my leadership effectiveness?
• How do I effectively self-manage and build personal resilience?

Thanks to the Victorian Government's Transition Support Package, workshop costs have been heavily subsidised. NDS members benefit from further subsidised rates.
