This half day workshop is for team leads and managers of people on the spectrum or those who are struggling to manage a team member that is different but you can’t quite put your finger on why.

There is an increasing number of people diagnosed with Autism and other Neurodiversity. This workshop aims to arm you with leadership skills and strategies for bringing out the best in your people on the spectrum. Through our approach of guided conversations and peer learning we will help you to be better prepared for managing adults in the workplace that are on the spectrum.

This workshop includes refreshments and access to our experienced facilitators from Kirribilli Partners and Social Living Solutions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted in writing up to 10 business days prior to the scheduled Program start date.

Workshop Non-Attendance

No refund will be made for non-attendance. Either a Facilitator will meet with you 1:1 to make up the session or you may send a proxy in your place.
