WORKSHOP 1 – YOU AS A LEADER

  • Lead & Succeed with your Strengths
  • Drive your Career
  • Presence & Status – Communicating with Impact

WORKSHOP 2 – LEADING IN TEAMS

An Individual Strengths assessment will be completed by each participant prior to commencement, and 3-Way meetings with each participant, their manager or mentor, and their program coach are held at the beginning and end of the program.
