Event description

Description

This workshop aims to stimulate and challenge your thinking around Organisational Culture; what is it? Who is responsible for making it happen and for leading change? Why is it important to be thinking about this now? How does it fit within the NDIS context? AND what is your role in relation to influencing the culture?

The workshop will introduce you to a newly developed Cultural Assessment tool, which covers the ten (10) dimensions of organisational culture; along with a five (5) step process that you can start to use immediately in your organisation to; understand the existing culture, identify the preferred future culture, create a vision, develop a plan and carry it out.

You and your team will be guided through the complete process and be provided with tools and support to move forward.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER:

Kate Fulton has worked alongside people and families for many years working in a range of settings and communities. Kate is passionate about individuals directing their own lives and feels that she has been incredibly privileged to meet people and families who have shared their experiences of helpful supports and creative approaches.
