Simone Waugh Managing Director, Publicis Worldwide

Simone is the leading brand strategist in Queensland and now the Managing Director of Publicis Worldwide in Brisbane. Her breakthrough thinking is achieved by having extensive experience working for large corporates, government, small business and agencies. Her strategic approach is to put consumers at the centre of all thinking, coupled with creativity to engage, connect and cause desired attitude and behaviour change to happen.

Fionnagh Dougan Health Service Chief Executive, Children's Health Queensland

Fionnagh Dougan has a long and successful history in leading change in complex healthcare environments. She has been the Chief Executive of Children’s Health Queensland since January 2015. Fionnagh holds postgraduate qualifications in health management, an honours degree in communication, and has held dual registration and experience as both a Mental Health and a General Nurse.

Tom Walley: Executive General Manager, Leisure Brands, Flight Centre Travel Group

Starting as a Flight Centre Consultant in London, Tom has worked in various international stores and is now part of the Executive Team as the Executive General Manager. Flight Centre achieved annual turnover of about $20 billion and employing 20,000 people worldwide, with almost 3000 shops across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Hong Kong, India and China.
