Many people simply drift along hoping they are doing the right thing, some seek feedback in the form of 360's but some want more information.
Some people want to dig further and truly understand what their leadership potential is.
This test has been rigorously developed and is based on a thorough statistical analysis. Each test is well researched and designed according to the APA standards for educational and psychological testing.

Question type: Likert and situational
Estimated completion time: 30 minutes
Purpose: To measure whether one has the right attitudes, behaviours and skills to be an effective leader.
Features
The Leadership Test measures a variety of important leadership qualities that includes; the ability to bring out the best in others, ability to teach others and the ability to set forth innovative visions for an organization. The score is composed of 3 sub-factors and 15 subscales.

This test has been rigorously developed and is based on a thorough statistical analysis. Each test is well researched and designed according to the APA standards for educational and psychological testing.

Question type: Self-assessment
Estimated completion time: 15 minutes
Purpose: Assesses whether the test-taker is ready to move up in his or her career (through a promotion or increase of responsibilities). Provides information on the test-taker’s strengths, potential strengths, and limitations so that they can develop a career plan to get them going in the right direction.

3. Time Managment Test (FREE)

Purpose: To measure your ability to manage your time.
Features
Learning effective time management skills can save you from a lot of stress by allowing you to prioritise and plan tasks efficiently. This tes will assess whether you employ effective time management strategies and habits, and hou your approach may be helping or hindering your work performance.
