Leadership & Management Skills Training - Build an Innovative & Sustainable Workplace

This short course aligns to the Nationally Accredited Units; BSBSUS501 Develop workplace policy and procedures for sustainability & BSBINN502 Build and sustain an innovative work environment. Once completed competently, the units contribute to a full 6 day training program aimed at gaining BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management.

The Diploma of Leadership & Management is a qualification which reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts with skills sets that are portable to all industries and organisations. It is a highly respected qualification aimed at individuals who are in junior or middle leadership & management roles or are aspiring to make the next step in their leadership career.
