The Workshop is designed for current, emerging and aspiring school principals, assistant principals, coordinators and team leaders determined to think strategically about how to improve their 21st Century leadership skills and empower 21st Century teams and learners.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Maxine is an award-winning educator who draws on outstanding leadership experience in Australia and internationally. She has led international and independent schools in Asia and Australia for 20 years. She was the Founding Head of School at Australian International School, Phnom Penh, Cambodia AISPP so understands the Cambodian context well.
Maxine has consulted on leadership and strategic planning in Australia, Asia and the USA and been invited to speak at conferences in Australia, Asia, Europe and the USA.
Completing a Leadership Fellowship at Columbia University, New York, USA and a Masters of Education at Deakin University, Geelong, Australia she is both qualified and passionate to inspire a new generation of great leaders.

WORKSHOP FEE:
$US350 + booking fee
Includes a free copy of Maxine's international bestseller, "Leadership Really Matters", workshop materials, coffee breaks and lunch for two days.
Think Strategic Cancellation Policy
Think Strategic Workshops proceed based on participant registration. Think Strategic will inform you 30 days prior to the scheduled workshop if the workshop/tour is to be cancelled. If the workshop is cancelled your full payment will be reimbursed.
If Think Strategic is informed 30 days or more prior to the scheduled workshop date that a participant is unable to attend the workshop, a full refund less booking fees will be given. If notification of not being able to participate is less than 30 days Think Strategic will be unable to refund the registration fee. Participants may transfer a registration to another workshop/tour.
