As a beginning teacher, the classroom environment, curriculum requirements and student dynamics can, at times, be overwhelming and a challenge to manage. This PD is designed for beginning and early career teachers who would like to cultivate the skills of concious leadership, establish meaningful connections with their students and promote positive classroom behaviours.
Teachers will also have the opportunity to explore and apply personality profiling system AusIDentities to better understand the diverse personalities of their students as well as enhance their own communication style.
