Managing diversity is the ability to deal well with all kinds of people. It includes not just supporting fair treatment for all within the workplace but about unleashing the power in diversity, getting along with individuals with diverse skills, talents, styles and generations to work well together.

It is not about trying to get everyone to assimilate and be the same. But it is about helping individuals work well together to achieve mutually beneficial goals.

In this workshop, you will develop an awareness of and knowledge in strategies about how to develop Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and Generational Intelligence (GQ)

CQ and GQ are critical to maximize the opportunities of diversity and using it to develop and maintain competitive advantage and be positioned for better innovation and business productivity.

This workshop will assist you in building CQ and GQ to enable your teams and employees to flourish in an inclusive culture that supports innovation and adaption. This workshop covers:

  • What is Cultural Intelligence
  • What is Generational Intelligence
  • Inclusive and Transformational Leadership
  • Communicating with CQ and GQ
  • Motivating with CQ and GQ

This workshop covers the unit BSBLDR404 and BSBDIV501

All participants receive a certificate of attendance and can undergo this as a nationally recognised unit of competency.
