Le Creuset, maker of the world’s most trusted and treasured premium cookware, is proud to announce their Sydney Warehouse Sales Event.

All categories will be represented including cast iron, stoneware, enamel on steel, stainless steel, tools and accessories, with discounts up to 70% off retail prices.

ONE DAY SALE ONLY. Shopping sessions are scheduled in time slots throughout the day. Reserving tickets early is the best way to secure your ideal time slot. Shopping bags will be provided at the event.

Guests must reserve a ticket to a shopping session. Each session allows you 45 Minutes of Shopping per hour. After the session, please make your way to the till to allow the next session to shop on the selling floor.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Do I need to pre-register for the event?

Yes, pre-registration is required to gain access to the event.

FREE EVENT. Adult admission pre-registration required. Children under the age of 12 do not need registration.
Each session allows you 45 Minutes of Shopping each hour. After the session, please make your way to the till to allow the next session to shop on the selling floor.

Please bring a valid ID.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?

Yes, a confirmation will be sent to your email address provided after you register online.

Do I need to bring my ticket to the day of the event?

Yes, please bring the printable ticket that has been sent to the email address provided or bring the digital ticket on your phone.

What if I cannot find my registration/ticket the day of the sale?

We strongly encourage you to bring your ticket to the sale. If in the event you lose your ticket and realize before the day of the sale please email customerservices.au@lecreuset.com and we can email you a confirmation. On location at the sale we can assist you; however it will take some time for you to gain entry into the event.

Will there be a cap on sales?

There is a limit of 3 cast iron per adult; however, we have the right to refuse all purchases which we suspect the order to be for resale purposes.

What product categories will be at the sale?

All categories will be represented including cast iron, stoneware, and enamel on steel, stainless steel, tools and accessories.

Will product be able to be returned after the event to receive a refund?

No, ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL.

You are welcome to bring children to the event however supervision for your own children is required.
