Suitable for all ages.
No knowledge of Yoga poses needed. Just wear comfortable clothes and bring a spirit of fun!
"WHAT IS LAUGHTER YOGA?"
Laughter Yoga is a group exercise which brings people from a place of “no laughter” to experiencing genuine laughter. It consists of hand-clapping rhythms, breathing exercises, and playful laughter exercises.
Laughter Yoga brings benefits such as:
*Boost in overall feelings of happiness, wellbeing and enjoyment of life
*Reduction in stress and tension
*Increase of oxygen supply to the brain
*Release of endorphins, the “feel good” chemicals
