Come join us to experience the benefits of laughter for health and happiness! Laughter Yoga is a process which enables anyone to laugh, regardless of how they are feeling. Laughter Yoga combines laughter exercises and deep, yogic breathing, to bring health, joy and positivity to our lives.
Laughter boosts our immune systems, increases oxygen to our cells, increases blood circulation, and improves our state of mind.
Suitable for all ages.
No knowledge of Yoga poses needed. Just wear comfortable clothes and bring a spirit of fun!
