Description

Seniors Expo is a not-for-profit event that is FREE for citizens of Latrobe Valley. This popular event is an opportunity to explore events, local services, community engagement opportunities and offered to older people in the area, in a Fun and Friendly environment. Ranging from local services to local community groups offering something of interest. Come and show Latrobe Valley what you have to offer.

It’s easy to register for your spot at the Seniors Expo. It is happening on Tuesday 16 October, from 10.00am to 2.00pm in and around Kernot Hall, Morwell. Stallholders will have access from 9.00 am. Vehicle access is restricted between 9.30am to 2.00pm

What does it cost for a stall?

All money raised from the sale of stalls goes towards the cost of running the event. Community groups run by volunteers are not charged to participate. Funded not-for-profit organisations are free, and private businesses that may profit from the event are charged a small fee. Places are limited, be quick! Details of all costs can be found in the ‘tickets’ section. Registrations close 5 October. Register TODAY!

A detailed Stallholder Information Pack will be emailed to you a few weeks before the event.

Public Liability Insurance

All stallholders are required to have current public liability insurance on the day of the event. If you need to purchase insurance, you may consider buying a once-off 'Community Liability Pack Section B'. Email christy.hoiles@latrobe.vic.gov.au for more information and to check your eligibility. You can come back here and purchase the insurance separately.

Food Vendors

Contact christy.hoiles@latrobe.vic.gov.au to express your interest to sell food at the event.

Cancellations and refunds

If things change after you have purchased your stall and you can no longer attend, email christy.hoiles@latrobe.vic.gov.au by Friday, 05/10/2018. The cost of your stall (ticket price) will be refunded, minus a $10 administrative fee. No refund will be available for advice received after 05/10/2018.
