Children’s Expo is a not-for-profit event that is FREE and FUN for the FAMILIES of Latrobe Valley and their babies, toddlers and young children. Now in its seventh year and growing, the event is a familiar and popular day out where thousands of people can find out about local services for children and families. It’s a time for the Early Years sector to get together and CELEBRATE during National Children’s Week. Stallholder satisfaction is high - 100% of stallholders said they would participate in the next event, and 92% of the public said they would recommend the event to a friend.(Source: 2013 Children's Expo Evaluation Report). A detailed Stallholder Information Pack will be emailed to you a few weeks before the event.

Goods and Service Providers (excluding Food Vendors - see information below)
It’s easy to register for your spot at the Children’s Expo. It is happening on Thursday 27 October, 10 am – 3 pm in and around the spacious Kernot Hall, Morwell. Stallholders will have access from 8:30 am. Vehicle access is restricted between 9 am – 3 pm.

What does it cost for a stall?
All money raised from the sale of stalls goes towards the cost of running the event. Community groups run by volunteers are not charged to participate. Funded not-for-profit organisations are charged a small fee, and private businesses that may profit from the event are charged a higher fee. An early bird rate applies for private businesses - places are limited, be quick! Details of all costs can be found in the ‘tickets’ section. Beware of the late fees that apply from 29 September. Public Liability Insurance
All stallholders are required to have current public liability insurance on the day of the event. If you need to purchase insurance, you may consider buying a once-off 'Community Liability Pack Section B'. Email Joanne.Bedford@latrobe.vic.gov.au for more information and to check your eligibility. You can come back here and purchase the insurance separately.
Contact Joanne.Bedford@latrobe.vic.gov.au to express your interest to sell food at the event. The Children's Expo supports the work of the Healthy Together Latrobe project - an initiative that aims to improve people's health where they live, learn, work and play.
Cancellations and refunds
If things change after you have purchased your stall and you can no longer attend, email Joanne.Bedford@latrobe.vic.gov.au by 29/9/2016. The cost of your stall (ticket price) will be refunded, minus a $10 administrative fee. No refund will be available for advice received after 29/9/2016.
