Driven by the North East Landcare Executives Forum and facilitated by North East CMA, the workshop focus is to:
- Identify strategic commonalities between the Networks in the North East Region
- Explore opportunities to develop region or landscape-scale Landcare projects
- Discuss other opportunities to share resources or develop shared solutions.
Who?
This workshop is for those who have a good grasp and understanding of the strategic direction of your Landcare Network’s Strategic plan.
Anyone who can speak readily on their plan and is able to work towards a strategic regional plan is encouraged to attend. Ideally we would like to see 2-4 people from each Network attend.
Please bring your Landcare strategic action plan and/or understand these priorities. This will allow us to identify the commonalities between the Networks.
When and Where?
This workshop session is planned for Tuesday 18 May 2021 at the George Kerferd Hotel in Beechworth.
What to bring?
- Each Network should bring their Strategic Plan and identify 2-4 of the key objectives they are working towards as a network and be prepared to talk to them.
