Part 1: Clarity Workshop

In our business - who does what, and why?

Sometimes it can feel like any business conversations that occur between men and women are just a nagging fest. 'If only you would just......' or 'I don't know how many times I need to tell you.....' - sound familiar at all?

The constant tripping over each other, not knowing who's job is who's, or how you will ever be able to stand back to watch the business work without you - it feels so out of reach.

If you gain clarity in roles and responsibilities, implement above and below the spirit level behaviours, align your values, implement T.R.U.S.T into your communication - all of a sudden, the wheels will start turning and you will love working together again.

During this workshop you will:

Learn the principles of living 'Above & Below the Spirit Level' and how to go from Victimised to Victorious mindset
Learn how to identify the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats to your relationship in your business
Understand how vital organisational structure mapping is to gain clarity of roles
Have the core foundations to go away and build position descriptions, and structure so you, your business partner and your team really know who does what, when, and why

About our speaker:

Kate Muldoon is the wife of a tradie, the daughter of a tradie, the sister and sister-in-law of tradies, and has no hesitations in picking up the tools and banging nails into walls herself! She has always wanted to help people through good communication, being brutally honest and through inspiring them to believe in and value themselves for the amazing people they are.

Kate's main motivation comes from the spate of tragedy she has endured in her life. The loss of her Tradie brother, the loss of a Tradie partner through addiction, and both of her grandfathers dying at the hands of illnesses, from being 'tradesmen' when they were younger. She was also a palliative care nurse and witnessed the regrets of the dying intimately, and wants to do all she can to prevent hearing these regrets in the people she meets through her coaching and life.

Her mission is to give Tradies and their ladies back control, and to reduce the regrets they may have when life is all said and done - time is all we have - so we must use it wisely.
