About this event
Learn important self defence techniques in a SAFE, RESPECTFUL AND FUN environment! Suitable for ages 16+ so bring your mums and daughters!
The cost is $15, with all proceeds being donated to Zonta House Women’s Refuge.
Mums, daughters, sisters, aunties, cousins: if you haven’t tried one of our Ladies’ Self-Defence Workshops, that's okay! All skills taught are beginner-friendly.
If you have been to a workshop before, you are still welcome to come along as a refresher. 🙂
