Event description
Paper is a great material to craft with, and you can make lot more with it than just paper aeroplanes.

About this Event

Make paper jewellery, pop-up cards, and learn the art of Japanese bookbinding with Michelle from Paperazzi Design Studios in this creative series.

In this 1.5 hour workshop, you’ll learn a variety of traditional binding stitch techniques and patterns and create your very own books to take home.

The techniques covered include simple Japanese stitch, Japanese stab binding, and tortoise shell binding.

Come along and have a fun evening and leave with your own stitched books. No experience necessary.

This event is part of Libraries After Dark, which is designed for ages 16+.
