What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga is known as the ‘Yoga of Awareness’. Each class intends to increase your self-awareness, raise your vibration and is about YOU having an experience with a deeper, more expansive and radiant sense of yourself.

What set’s Kundalini Yoga apart from the other Yoga’s?
Kundalini Yoga uses a specific combination of postures, breath, eye-focus, mudra, mantra, body-locks and meditation to balance the glandular system, expand our lung capacity, purify the blood and strengthen the nervous system. It helps us elevate and clear our energy so that we can bust through the blocks and live our most radiant, joyful life.
Each week we will focus on a new Kriya, which simply means a sequence of actions, as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
WHAT TO BRING: Water bottle and a yoga mat if you have one otherwise mats are available. Herbal tea and healthy treats/fruit provided after class.
If possible, please wear white. Why? Because as Yogi Bhajan teaches, wearing white expands your auric radiance at least another foot. So give yourself a head start!
