This will be an evening of Magical Medicine Rituals & Ceremony, graced with the blessings of the great plant spirit of Sacred Cacao we will journey into the heart & 3rd Eye using tools like Breath work & Kundalini yoga to help facilitate a somatic release from the body.

The eveing will start with Ritual Burn Ceremony to Release what we do not wish to carry forward with us, with the support of the Plant Spirit Cacao we will then delve into opening up the Heart & Minds Eye to continue that release on a physical level using Movement & Breath work to take us on a journey deep into the depths of our own true essence.

To end we will Bathe in the Sounds of the Magical Gong and surrender ourselves once again into the arms of our Earth Mother, Gaia. May she hold us as we journey through ours pains and traumas to finally release them back unto the Earth.

This is a chance to let go of all that holds you back from walking your true path and to fully embrace stepping into your own authentic truth and with the full moon in Leo a chance to explore your own expressive side with Guided movement.

Snacks are provided at the end to help ground and fresh spring water provided throughout to keep yourself Hydrated.
