Kombucha is a fermented probiotic drink. Fermented foods are incredibly nutritious, health giving and delicious so why not come and learn how to make your own original and flavoured Kombucha!
Laura from Wild Ferments will encourage you to taste the various flavours, ask questions and gain the knowledge to successfully brew Kombucha at home.
You will receive a scoby (an acronym for Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast), starter tea and instruction sheet.
