Karen from Australian Native Foods is offering a 2 hour workshop on Knowing, Growing & Tasting Local Native Edibles
Being a horticulturalist with an interest in local native plants and now 10 years hands on experience with Australian Native Foods inspired by her mentor Neville Bonney, gives her a local voice for the unrecognised resource we can easily cultivate in our own suburban backyards
Karen will take you on a journey identifying the popular local edibles, their known benefits with healthy finger food tasting and tips on how to use & cook with the native produce
