Knife Skills with Bonus Kasumi Knife

Chef Jason Ludwig will cover all important aspects of different cutting techniques, knife and blade care as well as safe knife handling.
Join this knife skills class to receive a Japanese utility knife valued at $119, or for an additional $80 you can upgrade to a Japanese chef knife. You will learn how to professionally dice, julienne and chiffonade a range of different ingredients, and watch a demonstration of jointing a chicken and filleting fish.
Your skilfully prepared food will be transformed into a wonderful meal that you will enjoy at the end of the class with a glass of wine.
