Kirkpatrick Four Levels® Evaluation Certification Programme - Bronze Level

This programme has been scheduled within business hours for attendees from Asia Pacific and Indian Ocean regions.

Timings are AEST - Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney)

Programme Description

The Kirkpatrick Model comprises the foremost training evaluation methodology in the world. In this programme, you will learn the true and correct Kirkpatrick methodology and apply it to an actual programme to maximise business results.

During this programme, you will learn the four levels of training evaluation, receive a participant manual filled with examples and templates that you may borrow and adapt to build your own Blended Evaluation Plan® tools, and gain a complete understanding of what each level measures. You will also explore the reasons why training evaluation is critical to training success and hear case studies and success stories from companies that have used the Kirkpatrick Model effectively. You will learn tactics to help you to allocate training resources effectively.

A unique feature of this programme is the exploration of how to ensure that what is learned transfers to on-the-job behaviours. You will learn why training alone is not enough and receive guidance to ensure that what you teach actually gets used on the job.

You will receive a grade and personalised feedback on the blended evaluation plan submitted by your in-class team at the end of the course to become Kirkpatrick bronze level certified.

Connectivity

You will receive online access instructions in your order confirmation email, as well as in a reminder email approximately 2-3 weeks before the session.

This class will be delivered with Adobe Connect, so you will need a high-speed Internet connection to view the presentation on your computer. To perform a technical check on your system, go to http://learningtimesevents.org/kirkpatrickpartners/tech-check/ and follow the instructions.

To access sound, you have two options:

1. Use VOIP (voice over Internet protocol) to hear the sound through your computer. If you can listen to music on your computer, this will work for you. If you select this option, please conduct a technical check a few days before the programme so there is time to address any issues. Also, understand that any internet interruptions or bandwidth issues will affect your sound quality.??

2. Dial in via telephone to a toll number in Australia, New Zealand and many Middle Eastern, African, Indian and Asian countries. This is the most reliable sound connection and is recommended if available in your area.
