Our Women's Circle is a gentle space combining kinesiology, mindfulness, and intuitive connection to help you balance your energy, return to flow, and release what no longer serves you - moving into 2026 feeling grounded, regulated, and inspired whilst connecting with like-minded women.

If you’re looking for some downtime after the Christmas rush, this will be a relaxing space to unwind - come in your comfiest clothes, sip some warm tea and connect.

This circle fosters mindful reflection and connection in a safe and supportive environment, free of judgment.
