Aboriginal people in Victoria have never ceded sovereignty and have long called for Treaty with Government. Treaties are essential in recognising historic wrongs. It is not about blame, rather it is about declaring the facts and attempting to right the wrongs. The purpose of the webinar is to educate and update those in attendance of Treaty.
