Sharon Flynn, master fermentor and co-owner of The Fermentary will share her knowledge along with Naomi Ingleton co-founder of King Valley Dairy, farmer and artist.

Make Kimchi in King Valley Dairy with The Fermentary. This is a hands-on kimchi making session using ingredients from KVD's garden. Bring a jar (700ml - 1 litre) or buy one of ours to take home and ferment there. As kimchi is usually made early winter we'll also introduce a summer kimchi using plenty of greens.

  • Classes are hands on and you are able to take what you have made home with you
  • Please arrive 5 minutes before class start
  • Classes are in a private area, undercover and cool.
  • Sharon will have books available for signing
  • Please notify us of any allergies or dietary requirments when booking.
