Kids yoga and mindfulness class (ages 6-8)

Description
Introducing this unique age to appreciating their body in a healthy way through; movement, mindfulness and breath work.
The class is entirely tailored to 6-8 year olds and keeps into consideration their emotional and physical development. Using traditional yoga poses, the classes allow for partner work and provides space for yogi's to work on their individual movement and progression.
An 8 week program starting on the 13th of January. Classes are every Sunday between 10:00am - 11:00am (no class on 27th Jan) due to the long weekend.
Cost is $100 per child for the entire 8 weeks - bookings are essential.
We are excited to be partnering with Aloha Surfhouse in Joondalup and their great space.
